AMERICAN IPA, AMBER BEER. CITRUS, TROPICAL AND FLORAL NUANCES AND BITTER FINISH.
The IPA is characterised by its floral and fruity tones, as well as its marked bitterness. A style increasingly valued and demanded by beer lovers.
Tradition has it that they were beers destined for British troops in India. For the beer to arrive in the right conditions, they were given an extra hop (a natural preservative), when the beer was still in the fermentation cask.
This process is known as “dry hopping” because the hops are added directly, dry. Beers destined for export to India soon stood out from the rest and generated a whole segment within the styles of beer.

About American IPA Craft Beer…
Our Hypothesis nº2 is based on what was the cause that caused the infection of a tooth to Miguelón (specimen found in Atapuerca halfway between the Homo Heidelbergensis and the Homo Sapiens), and that ended with his death. The IPA Hypothesis contrasts perfectly with dishes with sweet notes such as risottos, pasta or seafood. It also combines very well with spicy and spicy foods, which reduce the bitterness of this style of beer.
