Brown Porter is a special beer linked to the most deeply rooted English brewing tradition.
One of the fundamental elements of this beer is the water, treated to replicate that which can be found in the London area. Its soft, sweet tones, reminiscent of liquorice, are surprisingly different from the usual characteristics of black beers, with more density and very marked flavours.
It’s the link before Stouts beers. Despite what we might think it only has five degrees of alcohol.
