Description
Dolina Blanche
CERVEZA RUBIA, DELICADA, PÁLIDA, SUTIL Y DE MODERADO AMARGOR. FÁCIL DE BEBER
The Belgian Blanche emerged in the Belgian region of Brabant in the 16th century. Their main characteristic is their white colour due to the use of unmalted cereals. Although it is a style that was close to disappearing today enjoys quite popularity. It presents a contained sweetness and fruity nuances among which the orange predominates, although also it is possible to perceive a subtle bitter end to apple. Due to its softness, it is a perfect beer for the uninitiated.
It is considered a summer beer for its refreshing and fruity taste. Its lightness makes it the ideal companion for equally light dishes: salad, tartar, carpaccio…
