TOASTED BEER, DOUBLE MALT, CARAMELIZED IN HARMONY WITH BITTER FRUIT NOTES.
Double malt belonging to the group of strong and complex ale whose origin comes from the Belgian abadias. His appearance is coppery , with a marked Belgian profile thanks to the type of yeast used. It has a generous body offering sweet and toasted complex aromas and flavours from special malts and fruit trees due to the fermentation esters, with alcohol being noted and hops not appearing as the main aroma.
Goes well with meat , stews and especially with strong cheeses and desserts based on chocolate , passes and nuts .
